Confidence can come in so many different forms.  Some of us are totally confident in one arena while a bowl of jelly in another.  For example I may have no difficulty speaking on the telephone in an assertive manner but the same conversation in a face to face situation may have me completely rattled.  But confidence can also be learned or strengthened.  On this page I will attempted to give numerous approaches, tips or exercises that address confidence building to help you be more comfortable in your skin, to be more confident.
